pentru ca mare parte din societatile de leasing au sediul social in Ilfov si deci masinile sunt imnatriculate in SAI
pt ca majoritatea spoturilor video sunt filmate in bucuresti si deci sunt masini de lfov, doar n-o aduce-o din sibiu numa pt spot.
